Nestled in a historic neighborhood surrounded by a vibrant small business community, Cherry Coffee was founded in 2021 with the vision of being a local’s coffee shop built on kindness and inclusion.

Since then, we have grown - and gosh it’s been fun! We acquired a coffee roasting company, Novel Coffee Roasters, in 2023 and created a Cherry Coffee line just for the shop. And just like that, we began shipping nationwide! But we still stay true to our roots - we live, work, and roast in Fort Worth - true locals. Cherry Coffee and Novel Coffee Roasters are owned and operated by me, Katherine Morris: a self-described spreadsheet nerd, quad americano drinker, and champion for small business. 

We’re not perfect - nobody is - but our desire to live out our core values to the best of our ability is steadfast. We want our team to feel this from our leadership. We want you to experience our values each time you walk through the door. We want you to have moments and experiences at Cherry that are full of kindness - with the team, with strangers, and with yourself.
