Cold Brew
Yummy cold brew starts with top-notch coffee beans, of course! That’s why our cold brew is made straight from the good stuff on our single-origin menu and a smidge of our year-round menu. Once we roast the beans, we let them hang around in an air-tight container for a few weeks, giving the gasses plenty of time to release (unlike that one cousin at Thanksgiving). This little nap helps the flavors mix perfectly with cold water. The end game? A sweet, lively, and super tasty cold brew. It’s refreshing over ice, deliciously complex with a splash of milk and sugar, and packs enough punch to give your favorite cocktail a fun kick!
