THE COFFEE
On its journey from farm to cup, coffee visits our roastery for only a short time. Having carefully selected and secured each coffee in advance, we use these moments to celebrate each new arrival and develop a roast profile to highlight its unique qualities.
Choices include Year-Round Coffees and Limited-Time Single Origins.
THE TRAINING & SUPPORT
We dedicate half of our time to something just as important as roasting: responding to the needs of our wholesale partners! This includes barista training, equipment troubleshooting, dialing in brew recipes, and water quality testing.
If you need to add or upgrade equipment we partner with La Marzocco, Mahlkonig, Fetco, and Everpure.
THE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventative maintenance is a key component of keeping your machines running smoothly and avoiding maintenance emergencies. We can schedule these out with you quarterly based on your shop's hours and the best time of day for your business.
