This natural heirloom varietal coffee comes from the Biru Bekele Wash Station in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Biru, with over 20 years of farming and exporting experience, saw the rich flavors and unique profiles the region was capable of and founded a wash station in 2019 with a commitment to coffee quality and processing techniques. Coffees hailing from Biru’s wash station are revered for their natural processing, distinctive flavors, and unique aromas - like this sweet, mellow cup with notes of grape candy and lychee.
